This is a report and evaluation of the methods the different partners in the Shine project used in guiding renovations in houses in private ownership, on the one hand for maximum carbon reduction for the lowest possible cost and on the other hand, to get as close as possible to achieve the Nearly Zero Energy level (Enerphit level).
